We are located in a strategic position, so that in few minutes you can reach seaside and mountains.
We are in Marsiliana, which with its beautiful castle on the hill and its Etruscan origins is about 10 minutes from the town of Capalbio, 25 km from the famous thermal baths of Saturnia and about 10 km from the seaside.
You have also the possibility to visit the Monte Argentario and the wonderful sightseeing of Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, Orbetello with its WWF oasis, Talamone and the Natural Park of Maremma. In the Inland too there are lots of beauties such as the relaxing and famous thermal baths of Saturnia, the magic of Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano, where you can find the taste of the old traditions.

FROM THE NORTH: on the main road S.S.Aurelia in directin to Rome, leave the main road on on the crossing for Albinia and go on in direction to Manciano, Terme di Saturnia, till Km. 16,3 where you can see indications for our farmhouse.
